Appointments
Please note that as a courtesy to all client’s prompt appointment schedule is adhered. To late appointments may not be honoured or treatment time will be shortened.
Payments & Cancellations
Treatments re-arranged or cancelled with less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price and any sessions within a course of treatment will be lost.
A Non-refundable booking fee will be taken for treatments that take 1.5 hours or more or if a previous treatment was rearranged or cancelled.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and non extendable.
All treatment courses are payable in advance and are valid for 6 months. Courses cannot be shared with another person or in conjunction with any other offer.

Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices, without prior notice.
Contra-Indications
A skin patch test is required 24-72 hours before having: Eyelash/Eyebrow Tinting, Lash Lift and Waxing.
Please inform us of any medical conditions that can prevent you from having a treatment or any changes to your medical history.
Offers
Gift Vouchers or treatment courses cannot be used in conjunction with any offers.
Data Security
Personal details on client’s consultation forms will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.
We would on occasions like to send you details of special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
